At Crossroads Ranch, we create experiences that will help you find strength and grow in every area of life.  Our primary focus is on Equine Experiential Learning (EEL) which is an experiential approach that utilizes horses in the process of developing life skills for educational, professional and personal goals.

Our experiential approach integrates a horse-human interaction through a guided/planned learning experience to meet an identified goal.

EEL is especially effective in developing skills such as teamwork, confidence, trust, communication, leadership, self control, patience, perseverance, tolerance, problem solving, creativity, responsibility, negotiation, relaxation and empathy.

We utilize best practices to ensure sessions are safe, engaging, meaningful and challenging. 

Events

The team at Crossroads Ranch loves to share the beauty and peace of the property with others.  Almost all visitors to the ranch tell us that “there is just something about this place.”  Whether you are looking for peace, comfort, clarity or fun, a visit to Crossroads Ranch can provide that and so much more.  Crossroads Ranch hosts a number of events each year including our open houses. We also announce special events throughout the year such as our Easter Egg Hunt and Christmas at Crossroads event.

Private Sessions

Crossroads Ranch offers personal development sessions to address life skills and personal life challenges such as confidence, setting boundaries, self esteem, forgiveness, anxiety, depression, patience, self control and grief management.  Each of these sessions incorporates structured lessons with the horses and will ensure that you learn in a deeper way than you have ever experienced before.

Bring your sales team, your service techs, your front office personnel, your management team and put them in an arena with a horse or two and a challenge they have to work together to resolve and you will be amazed at what they learn about each other and themselves.  The bonds created going through an experience and resolving a problem that no one has the expertise to solve alone can produce astounding results. Retreats

Retreats at Crossroads Ranch are offered as one-day or weekend retreats.  Each retreat is centered around a theme and includes substantial time working with the horses, reflection exercises and craft activities.  These retreats are specifically designed for those who feel stuck, restless or don’t have clarity in a certain area (theme) of their life.  Do you have a deep inner knowing that there is more for you?  The horses will help you discover what that is.  By the end of each retreat, you should expect renewed focus and clarity about who you are and what your next steps should be.
