The first half of the event is our family-friendly Community Open House, where you can explore the ranch, meet the horses, and enjoy activities for all ages.
The second half is our ticketed Dinner & Fundraiser—a cozy, rustic evening with delicious food, music, and inspiring stories about our mission.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
🐴 Do I have to attend both the Open House and the Dinner?
No—you’re welcome to attend just one or both.
🐴 Can I just come for the Open House and leave before the dinner starts?
Yes, absolutely! The Open House runs from 4:00–6:00 PM.
🐴 Can I stay at the Open House during the dinner if I didn’t purchase a dinner ticket?
The Open House ends at 6:00 PM. At that time, the Dinner portion begins for ticketed guests only.
🐴 Do I have to pay for both the Open House and the Dinner?
No—if you purchase a Dinner ticket, your Open House admission is included.
🐴 Is there parking available?
Yes! Parking is available in our grass fields.
🐴 What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required for horseback riding. Long pants are encouraged to prevent saddle pinching. Boots or sturdy shoes are recommended for walking through the pasture.
🐴 Do I need special gear to ride horses?
No—helmets will be provided for all riders. Just wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
🐴 What happens if it rains?
Rain hasn’t stopped us yet! We’ll still host the Open House and Dinner. Riding may be replaced with grooming/petting under cover.
🐴 Can I bring my dog?
No—please leave dogs at home for safety, as we have our own ranch dogs.
🐴 Can I take photos?
Absolutely! Share them and tag @crossroadsranch to help spread the word.
🐴 Is the ranch stroller-friendly?
Yes, for the most part—it’s level land with gravel driveways
